Ribbon mixer type-MXR The container is U-shaped and inside are spiral, ribbon-shaped impellers rotating at low speed promoting convection, diffusion and shearing of the particulate matter inside to ensure a homogenous mix. The powerful shearing forces mean it can be used for particulate matter with strong cohesiveness and also for mixing liquid additives. There are optional devices available for liquid additives and air purges too. Drum coater type-DMC-H This drum coater has a polygonal cross section, as opposed to the circular cross section of conventional drums, to improve maintainability. Tempering mixer Unlike conventional machines, this mixer allows water to be added at a rate of 2 &＃8211; 5% every few seconds.
