Affiliation: Advanced Practice of School Education (School Management and Education),                     Early Childhood Education   2. Job type and the number of positions: One full-time Lecturer or Associate Professor   3. Field of research:Early Childhood Development Support    4. Qualifications: 　   (1) Master or doctorate degree, or the equivalent research achievements in the field concerned. 　   (2) The ability to guide educational practicum and research related to childcare and welfare, including developmental support  　　　NB: Full-time work experience at the field of early childhood education is expected. 　　　  NB: The successful candidate is expected to teach the Ph.D. program at the Joint Graduate School in the near future. 　   (3) The ability to collaborate with educators at the field of early childhood education for educational research　       (4) Active participation in university operations and professional contributions to society       (5) Japanese ability necessary to perform duties at Naruto University of Education, irrespective of the successful candidate’s nationality    5. Courses to teach: 　Undergraduate courses: 　Understanding and Support of the Child, Social Welfare, Social Care for Children and Families Ⅰ，Early Childhood Education and Care Practice, Practice Teaching Day Nursery I・II,    Practice Teaching  Welfare Facilities, Childcare Practicum Instruction, Early Childhood Education Seminar II, and others　 　Graduate courses: 　Developmental Psychology and Childcare in Infancy to Childhood, Field studies on early childhood education I & II, Developmental Practice of Fundamental Ability as    Teacher in School Education I & II,   Practical Seminar for Professional Teacher Collaboration I & II, and others   6. Date of Employment: April 1, 2024   7. Length of Contract: The initial contract is for five years, with the possibility of tenure.                                  　(The mandatory retirement age is 65.)   8.
